Starburst Garland are made by combining Glitter Glo materials with metallic bilaminates to create a sparkling effect, "Metallic" means that the colored film is "silvered", to create a reflective, metallic surface. "H-Cut" refers to the way the sheeting is feathered prior to being spun, the needles are perpendicular to the center core of the material. "V-cut" needles are at a 45 degree angle to the center. "Fine-Cut" denotes a needle width of 3/32", and is used in smaller garlands. "Regular Cut" denotes a needle width of 1/2", and is used in larger garlands.
