Starburst Garland is made by combining Glitter-Glo materials with metallic bilaminates to create a sparkling effect, "Bilaminate" means that the film is made of two laminates sandwiched together with the silvered surface between them. "H-Cut" refers to the way the sheeting is feathered prior to being spun. The needles are perpendicular to the center core of the material. "V-cut" needles are at a 45 degree angle to the center. "Fine-Cut" denotes a needle width of 3/32", and is used in smaller garlands. "Regular Cut" denotes a needle width of 1/2", and is used in larger garlands.
